 These conditions define our rights and obligations towards our clients, with the aim of fostering a strong and transparent relationship.

Acceptance of the Terms

By making a reservation, the person designated as the group leader accepts these terms on their own behalf as well as for all individuals registered, substituted, or added on the reservation form.

Pricing

All prices displayed on this site are valid at the time of publication. The information provided is based on the most recent data. We reserve the right to modify services, itineraries, prices, or other details without incurring any liability for compensation or refunds.

Confirmation Policy

Reservations for tourist activities will be confirmed via email, phone call, or through WhatsApp. Payment must be made upon your arrival at the excursion location.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients wishing to cancel an activity for any reason, including health or family issues, are subject to the following cancellation fees:

• Cancellation between 48 and 72 hours before the activity: 50% refund.
• Cancellation 24 hours before the activity: no refund.

If we must cancel an activity due to technical issues or unfavorable weather conditions, we will offer either to reschedule the activity or a full refund.

Reservation Change

If you inform us at least 3 days in advance, you can modify your reservation at no additional cost. However, if you request a change within 2 days or less, we cannot guarantee availability, especially during peak season. Please contact us by email for any modifications.
